(484) 350-4989Not at all. Whether it's Jiu-Jitsu or Muay Thai, our programs are built to welcome complete beginners. Every expert was once a beginner — just show up and we'll guide you through everything.
For BJJ: comfortable athletic shorts and a t-shirt or rashguard. For Muay Thai: athletic shorts and a t-shirt. No shoes needed on the mat. We'll advise you on the proper gear if you decide to continue.
Yes! We have Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes Monday through Saturday for ages 5–17. Classes are structured by age group: Little Prodigies (5–7), Youth Warriors (8–12), and Teen Competitors (13–17).
We offer a variety of membership options to fit different schedules and budgets. Contact us directly or visit the gym and we'll walk you through all available options — no pressure.
